I am a conservation leader with a passion for developing game-changing land and water conservation initiatives.

For more than 10 years, I have been driving conservation projects that bring a fresh perspective and new tools to conservation work.

As Project Manager for Trout Unlimited's Washington Water Project, I am leading water conservation and restoration projects in north central Washington.

Formerly Conservation Director for the Okanogan Land Trust, I  built and directed the land trust’s conservation and stewardship programs. Previous experience ranges from building an award-winning urban land conservation initiative in North Carolina to cultivating a community-based conservation project in Indonesian Borneo.

My mission is to protect and restore land and water resources at an accelerated pace and scale that will allow our children to truly benefit from the critical services our landscapes and waterways provide to people. I strongly believe this means tapping into new sources of revenue to finance conservation.

I possess diverse skills in program development, partnership building, real estate, conservation finance, negotiation and facilitation, and resource management.

When I'm not strategizing about conservation, I enjoy being outdoors with friends and family on skis, a bicycle or a climbing rope. And practicing yoga and mindfulness too!
