Mariama Vendramini holds a degree in Public Administration from FGV-EAESP and an MBA in Sustainability from the same institution. She joined Biofilica Environmental Investments in 2011, where currently serves as Finance and Commercial Director. She has been responsible for the company’s financial routines, planning and auditing; developing and accessing voluntary carbon markets to finance Biofilica’s conservation projects in the Amazon forest; reporting to the Board of Directors; and has participated of strategic planning and new ventures development, such as the partnership with Santiago & Cintra Consultoria, established to provide remote environmental monitoring of rural properties.  
Prior to her current position, Mariama was a management consultant, leading projects on strategic planning, branding and sustainability at Vallua Consulting Firm. She also worked at Itaú Unibanco, Credit Agricole Brasil, Ernst&Young and Planner Corretora, where she participated of investment funds’ management, mergers & acquisitions projects and structured finance operations.
